Sir Bobby Charlton is one of England's greatest football players, having spent almost his entire club career at Manchester United. In 1966, he won a World Cup medal with England and was named European Footballer of the Year. Knighted in 1994, Charlton joined Manchester United's board of directors in 1984. He is the author of two autobiographies, My England Years and The Manchester United Years, which chronicle his remarkable career.
