Bruce Patton is a writer and professor at Harvard University. He is co-author of the book Getting to Yes. In 1984, Patton, Fisher, and three colleagues founded CMI, where his work included mediating international and business disputes, labor relations, and providing negotiation training and advice. Mr. Patton received his AB from Harvard College and his JD from Harvard Law School.
