Jochen Wirtz

Jochen Wirtz is Vice-Dean, Graduate Studies, and Professor of Marketing at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is also the founding director of the UCLA-NUS Executive MBA Program, globally ranked #6 by Financial Times in 2016. Dr. Wirtz holds a Ph.D. from London Business School. A leading scholar in services marketing and management, he has authored over 200 articles and 10 books, including globally leading textbooks like "Services Marketing" (8th ed.), with combined sales of 800,000 copies. He has received over 40 awards for teaching and research excellence.
