Steve Case

Stephen McConnell "Steve" Case (born August 21, 1958) is an American entrepreneur, investor, and businessman, best known as co-founder and former CEO and Chairman of America Online (AOL). Since retiring as Chairman of AOL Time Warner in 2003, he has invested in early-stage and growth-stage startups through his Washington, DC-based venture capital firm, Revolution LLC. He authored *The Third Wave*, a 2016 New York Times best-seller. Case advocates for inclusive entrepreneurship and innovation, having served as Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship (PAGE) and as a member of Barack Obama's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness.
