Tarcízio Silva is a Brazilian researcher and writer known for his studies on algorithmic racism and the social impacts of artificial intelligence. He is the author of the 2022 book "Racismo Algorítmico: inteligência artificial e discriminação nas redes digitais" and holds a PhD in Human and Social Sciences from UFABC. A Mozilla Foundation fellow from 2020 to 2025, he researched transparency and anti-racism in artificial intelligence, and created the "Desvelar" project and the "Timeline of Algorithmic Racism".
